The Horizons Gardens provide hope and comfort to patients, survivors and families. The gardens contain numerous plants as well as benches, trees and other beautiful features. The gardens are located on the grounds of the Marshfield Clinic Minocqua Center. The gardens are a wonderful and unique place.

Ministry Home Care Hospice Services: Minocqua, WI $5,000

Ministry Home Care provides specialized, convenient, cost-effective care to patients in their home during the final phase of terminal illness. Dedicated to quality of life, their professional staff and specially-trained volunteers assist the patient and family in meeting their physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs.

The Wellness Community/Hope Connections for Cancer Support : $5,000
Bethesda, MD. Strides for Hope is a charity marathon team for which participants raise money to provide support, education and hope to people affected by cancer.

The Firebird Foundation: MHLT Elementary School, Minocqua, WI $10,000
MTH Foundation supported the construction and maintenance of the new track and field facility at MHLT Elementary School
